Chief financier of Accra  Hearts of Oak, Togbe Afede XIV has disclosed that together with his board will put adequate strategies in place to curb the massive exit of players from the club.

In the last few weeks, players have exited the clubs on the basis of contract impasse, nonperformance, disciplinary issues amongst others.

Recently one of their top maxman, Joseph Esso departed after failing to agree terms with the club, Kofi Kordzi is also nearing a move away from the side with the Qatari side in the loop.

This trend has however not sat down well with the board chairman of the club, who has bemoaned endlessly about the massive outflow of players from the cub.

In a recent media interview at  the unveiling of the club’s partnership agreement with StarLife Assurance, he shared these comments;

“It’s disheartening to see players moving to other African clubs. So in the bid to get rid of that, we want to be among the best paying club, in Africa and of course, this partnership and others will go a long way to help the club”

“In a few months, Pobiman will be completed and it will be a special place and it is Hearts of Oak’s gift to the youth of this country. It must inspire not only the family but it must inspire all who aspire greatness in their chosen fields” he ended.
